I'm going to assume it's a PPR and you need a WR, Flex filled
Jacobs - safe floor. He'll be between 10-17pts depending on TDs
AJ Brown - High ceiling, low floor. Could reinjure himself on play 1. Could be fine and be the main target all game.
A. Brown - With Mike Evans likely out, and Godwin obviously out. AB could slide into WR1 instantly. He's coming back from an injury, but sounds like that's past. He's going up against a very good Carolina secondary but a mad TB is throwing him the ball.
If you're going for safe play...Jacobs needs to be 1 of the 2. The other player is dependent on your view of if AJ Brown does play...maybe Brown hits the COVID list tmo and you're eff'ed if you chose AB over AJ.
I'm prolly going Jacobs+AB, but it's a coin toss between AB and AJ to me.

I have a similar decision with AJ and feel like I have to go with him if he's activated. Players are dropping like flies and you have to take the sure bets.
I'd likely go Antonio over Jacobs.
